FEVE Coating Aluminum Composite Panel

FEVE aluminum composite panel has high quality polyurethane as the primary coat and mid-high baked fluororesin as the surface coating. It has a 10-15 year weather resistance. Its colors are more brilliant and glossier than the PVDF fluorocarbon coating. The color's diversification and uniqueness make it unparalleled by other painting systems. It's especially suitable for decorations and exhibitions of commercial chains, auto 4S stores, and gas stations where the color effects are required.

FEVE coating, with polyurethane as base and fluoride polymer as top coating, has good feature of weather resistance of 10 years for exterior use, Different from PVDF coating, it guarantees fresher,vivid color and higher gloss level, provide more choice for designer. It is available in colors that are not feasible with other coating system.

Aluminum Composite Panels

The aluminum-plastic composite panel is composed of multiple layers of materials. The upper and lower layers are high-purity aluminum alloy plates, and the middle layer is non-toxic low-density PE core board. The front side of the board is also coated with a protective film. For outdoor, the front of the aluminum-plastic plate is coated with PVDF, while for indoor, the front can be coated with non-fluorocarbon resin.
