Porcelain Honeycomb Panel
Porcelain honeycomb panel is an interior and exterior cladding solution for large, ultra-thin porcelain panels. It is composed of 3-9 mm porcelain veneer panels and aluminum honeycomb backing and is used with internal and external interlocking clips.
Porcelain honeycomb panels combine the excellent characteristics of large, thin porcelain panels and aluminum honeycomb panels, and feature a light weight, high strength, large width, and easy installation all while maintaining the beautiful appearance, no color changes, and strong corrosion resistance. It overcomes the drawbacks of large-size ultra-thin porcelain panel in exterior cladding application, such as difficult installation, long installation time, weak resistance to wind pressure, short outdoor service life and more.
Our finished porcelain honeycomb panels not only have an excellent flatness, but an extraordinary corrosion and aging resistance. After 60 freeze-thaw cycles, Aluloyal's porcelain honeycomb panels maintain an initial strength of over 80%, ensuring safe use.
